IT Infrastructure Supervisor

Position will provide day-to-day leadership and operational management in area of responsibility.
Execute objectives, plans and policies for area of responsibility in line with Enterprise and IT Organization level strategy.
Coordinate system administration including server hardware, storage devices, server operating systems, messaging systems, and departmental applications.
Lead information technology projects and perform broad supervisory and technical duties that include overseeing Tier 2/3 support.
Assist in developing and evaluating IT strategies, policies and procedures.
Ensures standards are developed and adhered to per industry best practices for systems administration.
Compile metrics, graphs and data, and preparation of departmental and management presentations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High analytical ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
In depth knowledge of MS Active Directory and MS Windows Sever operating systems.
Strong knowledge of VMWare ESX6 or higher, Nutanix Acropolis, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, server hardware, storage area networks, Office 365 administration and cloud technology.
Escalation point for system administrators on technical problem resolutions.
Hands-on Tier 2/3 support to end-users in solving technical problems and fulfilling service requests utilizing systems management tools and techniques.
Prepare and maintain documentation pertaining to policies, procedures and IT systems within area of responsibility.
Industry standard certification in VMWare or Microsoft Server preferred.
Oversees disaster recovery and business continuity planning for assigned systems.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
