Senior Manager - Product Management

Job Description The Raymond Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to provide vision and leadership to our talented product management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and directing overall target market and product line strategies to achieve market share, revenue, and profitability targets. This is a high visibility role that will interact with all levels of Raymond leadership.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS: Direct sustained program of market and competitive analysis, providing insight and perspective for brand and product planning and positioning. Drive product strategy, define the roadmap, and integrate market and customer needs into the product development requirements to achieve unique and compelling solutions for our customers. Take a leadership role in integrated multifunctional initiatives to develop, deliver, and maintain high quality products and programs. Collaborate with the executive team on the high-level product vision while also managing the details of understanding customer needs, building requirements, and projecting revenue opportunities. Work together with the marketing team in the go-to-market planning and execution.   We are looking for: Demonstrated success in building / developing a leadership team. Proven ability to work with senior level customers and internal management. A strategic critical thinker with insight into competitors, technological changes, and market trends. An assertive, self-confident, highly motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed. Strong leadership skills with a high level of integrity. An effective relationship builder. Highly developed communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation). Education/Experience Senior level management role within organization, requiring a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent. Master's Degree is preferred. 12 years professional experience, with at least 5 years management experience is required.   Experience developing business plans is required, along with the ability to analyze market dynamics and develop and execute strategic and tactical plans.The ideal candidate will have experience that includes product planning and product management in a business to business capital goods environment. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
