About the position:
The Tradeshow Coordinator will facilitate aspects of assigned trade shows and events to include planning, coordinating, and executing live and virtual events and meetings.
The selected individual will also assist in the development and execution of marketing programs and projects to support corporate, marketing, and sales objectives.
You will:
Support arranging product exhibits, customer receptions, other special events, and staffing plans.
Work with vendors to arrange space, logistics, collateral requirements, lodging, equipment rental, and set-up and dismantling of the exhibit.
Plan and coordinate the routing of exhibits shipped and all needed materials.
Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, events, meetings, and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.
May be required to interact with high-level executives both internally and with outside companies over scheduling and related activities.
Support marketing and business development departments on show strategies.
Work with other marketing team members on project logistics including launches, photo/video shoots, customer visits, and other activities.
Develop success measures and provide timely event recaps and reports.
Work with internal and external corporate, product, marketing, design, and sales teams assisting in the development and execution of integrated marketing, advertising, social, promotional campaigns, and programs.
Remain current on new trends in exhibit design and strategies.
Travel to Company and industry events as required.
About you:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Five or more years of experience in event planning, marketing, sales, communication, or related field.

Salary - Salaries ranging from $52,000 - $66,000 per year depending on candidate's experience.
Relocation - This position may qualify for relocation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
