About the position:
We're looking for a Production Equipment Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift.
In this role, you will be part of a skilled team that provides day-to-day preventative maintenance and repair to all production equipment.
You will:
Ensure operation of machinery by completing repairs and preventive maintenance on production machines.
Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to complete repairs/maintenance.
Troubleshoot to find the source of the problem by observing equipment in operation, as well as in non-running condition, using maintenance best practices and proper test equipment.
Identify specific parts required for repair via parts manuals, contacting equipment manufacturers, etc.
Propose temporary repairs when proper repair parts are not readily available.
Perform repairs and adjustments to return equipment to proper operational state.
In conjunction with other departments, determine how to decrease equipment downtime, and help enact the required changes.
Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs in the CMMS software.
Maintain and increase technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks, and on-the-job mentoring.
Raise the bar through questioning of repeat failures to determine deeper root cause and preventative measures.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Perform related work as assigned.

About you:

years of experience Basic computer It would be great if you had:
High school diploma or GED Technical certification or equivalent Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic troubleshooting knowledge Understanding of PLC About the total compensation package:
Wage -Expected to be between $25.
05-$32.
06 depending on the selected candidate's background +15% shift differential.
