Business Manager, Training Solutions

JOB SUMMARY :
This position supports all aspects of the emerging training solutions business to include refining the business model, selecting the optimal delivery channels, and implementing pilot, trial, and focus groups on projects at dealer and customer sites. This individual will work closely with the Solutions and Support Centers. Coordination with sales, training, marketing, product management, and finance departments will also be important. Specific job assignments will vary depending on multiple factors as this business grows. Therefore, flexibility as well as attention to detail are important characteristics for a successful candidate. Note:
Travel is expected to be in the 25% range. JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Develops a robust training solutions portfolio roadmap that includes content creation priorities, sales targets, pricing, business model, and content delivery channel(s). Coordinates and leads prioritization and execution of the plan working with key stakeholders in multiple departments. Plans, organizes, and manages the activities, resources, and people for assigned projects and areas of responsibility, ensuring that goals and objectives clearly support the Company's strategic plan. Additionally, the execution of certain projects as an individual contributor will be expected. Develops and/or manages budget and utilizes corporate resources to maximize effectiveness, recognizing the group's impact on the corporate bottom line. Understands customer requirements and focuses on high impact opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensures employees understand customer needs and ensures excellent relationships with external and internal customers. Manages performance through clear objective setting; engages in timely and meaningful performance discussions to foster an environment of open communication. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE :
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Instructional Design, or a related field, plus a minimum of eight years professional experience, with at least three years leadership / management experience, is required. A background in creating and / or commercializing customer driven training solutions is a plus. The ability to create and foster a team environment that encourages initiative, creativity, people development, and the achievement of goals is required, as are excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
